One of the things I love about being in Sicily is feeling the heat of the Sicilian Sun ! For some it can be overbearing but the trick to staying cool is linen! Linen is highly absorbent and a good conductor of heat. Your linen garment feels cool to the touch and linen fabric will quickly remove perspiration from the skin which is why you will see a lot of Italians wearing linen. I found this cute red linen dress at Marshall's and it was perfect for our mornings walks through town for un espresso and some shopping at my favorite store in town (Antica Sartoria) of course!
